Definitions

Company (We/Our/Us): www.yugmani.com
Goods (Products): Items available for sale on our website.
Orders: A purchase request made by You for our products.
You (Customer): The individual or business using our services.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
  2. Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
  3. Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear video recording of the unboxing process from all angles is required. Without this, the return request may not be accepted.
  4. Damage Reporting: Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  5. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Order details
    • Photos/videos of the product
    • Reason for return

Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  3. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  4. In case of suspected fraud or misuse of the return process, the Company reserves the right to deny refunds

Exchanges

  1. Direct product exchange is not available at this time.
  2. If an exchange is approved by the Company, the replacement product will be shipped within 14 business days.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  1. The following items are not eligible for return/refund, unless defective or damaged upon delivery:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Products purchased during sale/discount offers
    • Final sale or clearance products

International Orders

  1. At present, returns and refunds are available only for domestic (India) orders.
  2. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage or wrong item delivered.

Gifts

  1. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return.
  2. If the product was purchased by someone else and then gifted to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Legal Disclaimer

  1. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
  2. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
