Returns

  • Unboxing Video: To process return/refund, please record an unboxing video from all angles and its content on delivery.
  • Processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused condition.

  • Include images of the product received and provide a brief explanation for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If any refund is approved by the company, it will take 14 working days to credited to your source account.
  • To make the process easy for you, our courier partner will collect the product directly from your doorstep—no need to ship it yourself.
  • Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • For return requests, please contact our support team with your order details.
  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If any exchange is approved by the company, it will be delivered to you within 14 working days.

Exceptions

  • Customised products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
